      Pros

      Laid back environment, do what they can to boost morale, casual attire. Employees do feel appreciated. Good entry level positions for recent college graduates.

      Cons

      Frequent layoffs. It's a running joke at hibu that if you have worked there for any length of time you will have been laid off. Good news is, they prioritize laid off employees for rehire.

While we have gone through a transformation in the past several years that has brought about change, Hibu has remained a great place to work.       Pros

      Hibu has outstanding training and a respectable compensation package. Unlimited, uncapped commissions and bonuses. They do promote from within.

      Cons

      Unrealistic objectives, micromanaging, lots of turnover.

      Could be an OK first step

      Pros

      Superb co-workers. Excellent direct supervisors. Pay is fair enough. Work environment is relaxed and casual. Work is novel and fast paced. Interesting to write across an array of business verticals.

      Cons

      Epic mismanagement at upper levels. A "seasonal slowdown" one year is grounds for mass panic and layoffs the next. Production metrics developed site unseen with no input from rest of dept., then arbitrarily enforced/rewarded even though the playing field is far from level. Layoffs and outsourcing instead of investing in your personnel. New products instead of holding your sales staff accountable for misrepresenting the old ones.
