      If your passionate about audio production you will be satisfied with job duties. Co-workers are great!

      Constant changes such as layoffs company wide, very corporate - not necessarily a fun or exciting work environment, management

      Pros

      What a fun culture of having fun like picnics and crab feasts. You will being rewarded for hitting goal and overachieving like making a $3200 bonus in 8 weeks of work and these doesn't include commissions. Freedom and flexibility to do what you need to as long as you produce.

      Cons

      Sometimes they run out of the gate with a new product before fully vetting it. This leads to frustrations on fulfillment for certain products.

      Flexible schedules, good benefits, and good people. Most everyone is working together towards a common goal. We have a good amount of freedom to plan our own days.

      Cons

      Company goals don't always seem to keep the customer in mind. In addition, the sales force has a huge influence on the direction of the company.
