      Pros

      If you are a producer you will make a six figure income with a flexible schedule. Provide lots of training!

      Cons

      Product fulfillment is poor, lots of pressure due to very high demands. Culture is not good, many employees are afraid they will be downsized.

      Attractive overall concept, almost every business can be a customer, and the products really can help businesses to grow.

      Cons

      The company is having financial issues from their bankruptcy last year and trying to find balance. They have high turnover and shed employees under the guise of "performance" issues to avoid a mass layoff of salespeople. The rats are jumping overboard. The breadth of competition for local business is national in scope, even global. Hibu products are affordable and attractive but the company does not even appear when you search online for digital marketing services.
