      There is a lot of help and support within our company. Everyone is willing to help! Commissions are great as well!

      Cons

      You MUST be self driven and motivated. Sales is not a position for someone who cannot handle rejection.

      Pros

      The company truly cares about their employees and customers. There is a well-known slogan "Client for Life" for our customers and "The Last Place You Will Ever Want to Work" for our employees. There is a team-oriented culture within our leadership. The company has very obtainable goals with handsome commissions. Initial Sales Training and ongoing support are unmatched. No-one should ever leave this company not feeling supported or trained. Our Client Dashboards are awesome with detailed tracking of every penny spent and every lead obtained. Complete and Full Transparency. Simply put..."Hibu cares".

      Cons

      This is not an easy job. It requires a person who is solid in the following areas: work ethic, communication, time management, follow up, and is driven for success. The company doesn't accept a lack of effort and inconsistency in meeting objectives. The compensation plan is designed to overpay high performers who consistently hit monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
