Pros

Working for hibu means I get to spend my days helping business owners make their dreams a reality! I get to meet with people, learn about their businesses and help them gain more of their ideal clients. I love helping people, working with my Hibu team and supporting each other as we work to achieve our sales goals. I have flexibility in my schedule, which keeps it fun for me. Some days I'm conneting with clients on the phone/zoom from my home office and other days I'm out meeting with them at their businesses. I love the fact that I get to do both of these things!

Cons

I do not view this as a con, but have to list something here; working hard is essential!

I have been with Hibu for 27 years and have viewed this as my lifetime career since I started! Hibu is a great company to work for! It is conscientious of it's employees, strives to give the best tools to do the job, helps to set goals and achieve them, and is constantly looking for ways to improve its employee career experience and prides itself in being an industry leader! They do pay very well for performance, and as I said previously, supplies the very best tools and training to insure success of each of it's repersentatives.

Cons

There are very few cons. It is challenging and high level of enthusiasm and it is not an easy job, but, it absolutely pays for the hard work and performance!
