I have been with Hibu for 3 years in outside sales. I left 15-year career in global operations for a manufacturing company and had zero sales experience. I was looking for a change that would improve my work-life balance and increase my level of happiness. That’s exactly what I found at Hibu. This is not an easy job at all but if you put in the effort, stay positive, and follow the process, you will do well here. Training is top-notch. There are constant opportunities to learn & fine-tune skills. I really did not think that I would be able to earn what I was making at my previous job, but after my first year at Hibu, I did. Management is respected by virtually all employees. I can’t think of anyone above me that isn’t appreciated or fully deserving of their position. Everyone I work with at Hibu on all levels is motivated, fun, supportive, and full of helpful advice. I thoroughly enjoy working for Hibu and hope to continue to grow here.
