Hard Job but can make Money (If not on Base Tier)

Pros

The positive piece here is that our Direct Management team works extremely hard in helping the sales team. We are lucky to work in the region that we do as the Ct, New Jersey team are good people and have fun! I honestly don't think I would still be here if it were not for my Manager.

Cons

It is just hard to do so much follow up after the sale is made! If we were able to not have to worry so much about the FINAL product, it would be a much better job. We constantly have to follow up and make sure our changes were made or that the DSC rep (who is overwhelmed) can even get back to us in a timely fashion! I really do not feel appreciated by Upper Management or the company, (for that matter) most times. We (the sales reps/manager) are the only ones that truly look out for the customer! The Base pay has not changed in at least 5 years either....
