Pros

- Unlimited income potential - Freedom to manage your own schedule - Ability to home office - Networking with business owners throughout your territory - Helping small business owners compete in the marketplace - Strong monthly residual commissions - High client retention rate - Excellent dashboard reporting tools to help your clients understand their ROI - Ongoing training opportunities - Excellent coaching and mutual desire for you to WIN - Mike McMahon out of the Eau Claire Region has been a dream to work for! He is always willing to lend a helping hand when needed and is very knowledgeable with all of Hibu's services. - Industry leading national support team that helps with all of the backend work. You sell it, they build and design it.

Cons

- Requires being a self starter who is motivated every day to get up and out of the house on their own and go visit clients/prospects in person. - It is a grind. To succeed here, you'll have to put the work in and have a consistent amount of high activity or you won't make it. - Not a fast and easy sales process, but well worth the pay back once you have mastered it. - Your always working ahead for future paybacks. The average sales cycle is about 90 days from first contact to closing. Of course, some go much faster than that, but some also take longer. - You must be highly organized and use Salesforce on the daily, but Salesforce really helps keep you on your tasks.

Pros

Good team, nice people, great training, good continuing learning.

Cons

A rolling 3 concept $2400 a month in sales and 2 new sales a month/ 6 in a rolling 3 to get paid the highest pay. If you don’t have the 6 you get paid 50% commission. The customers sign 6 month contracts and if they cancel month 7 they come back and take 6 months back from you that was paid in commission. It’s called a charge back. Act like high commission but if client cancels they take your commission back.

Thanks for sharing your feedback. We agree the people, training, and support are some of the many amazing things about working here at Hibu. As with any sales opportunity, you get out of the position what you put in and that is especially true here at Hibu were we have uncapped commissions. If you are struggling to hit the 2 sales/month objective we would encourage you to discuss with your RVP and/or Sales Training. We are here to support you any way we can, feel free to contact us at 855-447-4428.
