Pros

An amazingly talented and friendly group of professional game developers make for a great game making experience.

Cons

Since being Activision owned, unless you've been with the company for 5+ years, don't plan on staying around much longer after your project is done with. Regardless of if you're full-time or contract. If you're contract, be sure to be looking for another job when the end of your contract draws near.

Pros

Incredible team of talented people. Tons of heart for what they do. I couldn't have asked for a better group to work with - they made coming into work a positive experience every day, even during crunch for tough deadlines.

Cons

Rough deadlines driven by business needs / publisher demands. Recent layoffs make the climate seem a little scary.
