Pros

Great group of people to work with and learn from. Family oriented environment despite being a large studio. Free lunch twice a week.

Cons

Under Activision Being under Activision means they always need approval from them before making huge decisions such as hiring someone full-time. They keep you on contract with promises of becoming full-time. Don't pay well Eventually let go of more than half of their staff and contracts to work on CoD.

Pros

Great place to work with a wonderful staff and engaging extracurriculars. Frisbee and basketball during breaks was great. Loved staying there and would recommend it to anyone

Cons

Very few. Occasionally uninspiring work, indecisive producers, but you see these things at any major AAA studio.

Great company culture High talent Super location in San Diego

Activision (corporate owner) has no heart. They lay off teams at the drop of a hat
