Business Outlook
Pros
Flexible work schedule with an everyone can get it done attitude. There are some really strong players in the engineering org that bring up the overall excellence bar. Many fun challenges working with a mix of hardware and cloud tech. Plenty of opportunities to work outside of your comfort zone.
Cons
They are playing a little from behind with the competition but the underdog mentality with a belief in a superior product is palpable. Sometimes the business decisions don't always make sense, however, in a startup you sometimes make mistakes along the way. We need more people to fill the ranks and get this company operating a full capaticy again.
