      Paid time off, insurance and 401k

      Cons

      A lot of people seem to be there just for a job but not passionate about what they do. At one point, I felt like the company was hiring people just to fill the positions. I agree with the previous review where one reviewer mentioned "there are a bunch of managers but no leaders". Even though we've been expanding at a speedy pace within the last year, the associate hotel rate is extremely hard to get.

      Very big gap between executives and office employees. It appears as a company that truly cares about their employees but doesn't actually reflect that.

      Numerous properties. New and upcoming. Insurance, discount rates on other properties. Paid time off.

      Cons

      No proper training. Lack of concern for emoyees. Work life balance. Empowerment. Upper management provides no tools for success. Lack of accountability, and integrity.
