      Pros

      Managers are easy to reach, they are straight forward about what is possible. No issues came up, PTO is good starting at 3 weeks. Starting salary was reasonable.

      Cons

      Raise wasn't great. Wish they put as much effort as they do to donations and helping charities as they do with employee raises.
