      Pros

      Above all, Highlight truly values me (and all employees) as an asset to the organization. The employee role takes on new meaning as an employee-OWNER, and knowing that my colleagues and I have a shared responsibility to contribute to Highlight's success is a true motivator. The culture and work environment is unmatched and the leadership team makes every effort to ensure all employees have opportunities to engage, contribute, and grow in their careers.

      Cons

      There are limitations to what can be done at a small/mid-size organization, but Highlight still does a great job maximizing their resources and capabilities for both employees and clients.
