Great company culture, compensation, and work-life-balance. Many opportunities are remote. Options for moving throughout the company, ample professional development support, and encouraged career growth.

Cons

As with all government contractors, when contracts end there may not be another role for you with the company. That being said, they do their best to relocate employees if they can, and also provide opportunities for employees working on contracts to move onto the corporate team.
