      Pros

      I enjoyed my time working at Highlight, they are very engaged and supportive with their employees. Pay and benefits are great . Open door policy is a plus.

      Not enough job or career growth and stability being a government contractor .

      Pros

      Such an inclusive place. The organization cares for the health and well being of their employees, and this shows from the very top levels of the company. Communications with employees is thoughtful and timely. Positive feedback is the norm.

      I have nothing bad to say. Everything is run very well and yet management is always looking for ways to improve.
