7yThank you for your feedback. It was tough to read, but we really appreciate it. We hear you, and we regret that we were not able to provide you the management support that you needed to be successful. Upon reflection, we have been moving quickly and roles and responsibilities have been shifting and not as well defined as they could have been.
We are sorry that the environment felt toxic and cliquish. As CEO one of the most important things to me is to make sure the company is a positive and respectful environment to work in, and employees feel valued and appreciated for their contributions. We will be sensitive to your perception and be conscious about creating an inclusive social atmosphere.

11yHighlight Technologies truly believes in supporting the continual professional development of our employees. Unfortunately due to the size of our company, movement may not be as quick as larger organizations; however, we are continually growing, and even had our staff double in size in 2014.
