      - Management is readily accessible - Great opportunities for professional development

      - No real concrete path for advancement is laid out - Small company with a short bench; meaning when your project is over, you're gone

      Pros

      This is the best job I've had thus far in my career and the company does a great job at listening to their employees. You normally get a response pretty fast if you have a question into management and I feel very secure in my job.

      Cons

      Our activity tracker program just got dropped! But that is small in the scheme of things.

      The compensation is fair and they are accommodating if the accommodation can be made easily.

      Cons

      Big disconnect between corporate and employees. Hard to get people from corporate to follow through on actions without following up.
