      Seem to get paid on time.

      Cons

      Very small company - no advancement opportunities, no opportunity to move across projects. Way too much overhead for a small company

      Pros

      The Highlight community is the best workplace that I've ever been a part of.. from the employee ownership culture, the accessibility of leadership, supportive benefits, and growth-minded team members, I am happy to have found a place for me here and would recommend Highlight to my entire network.

      Cons

      Growing pains associated with transitioning from a small/mid-sized organization to a large, while remaining competitive in the playing field - otherwise no cons to point out.
