No one here is using ABA properly. It's like they were never even taught. They are babysitters. No ABA involved at all. Management is completely hands off. I did not receive supervision once in a 10 month period. I witnessed them scream at and bully a 5-year-old until he made himself throw up just so he could leave early. There is absolutely nothing scientific or helpful about this place. They constantly push and pull kids into other pointless center rooms, knowing these kids have difficulties with a schedule. It is absolutely appaling and pathetic and they should all be ashamed at the poor job they are doing. These are people's lives that they are ruining.

Cons include: - If your learner is sick or on vacation, you don't have work hours. - Health insurance is contingent on working 30+ hours a week which is considered "adapted full-time." It's extremely difficult to get 30 hours a week.
