Good Supervision, So So hours

Attentive & helpful supervisor and director. Amazing kiddos. Consistent 32 hours IF you're fulltime.

Cons

Pay is decent. Hours can vary tremendously if you aren't full time. Difficulty getting full time status and benefits if you don't start out full time.

Great place to work!

Pros

I enjoy the children I get to work with, the fact that it is clinic based, and the friendship of fellow employees. Management is friendly and easy to work with.

Cons

Some children are aggressive and mean. But that's any ABA career.

You develop a connection with your learners, have amazing support from your supervisors, and are treated with compassion. This group is truly a team with the learners' best interests at the forefront of the mission. When you are unsure of something, you always have someone to go to. If you want to better yourself as a technician, work here!

Cons

There are no drawbacks to this job position with the company.
