      HR organization was organized and timely. Quickness of hire

      To be a placed that works with kids with autism , their relationship development and support of new staff is absolutely awful. Most people are territorial and will quickly correct you in an aggressive manner. The director never supported new staff and expected new hires to know immediately what to do. If you do anything wrong you will be shamed in front of colleagues. As a working professional for over 15 years - I have never experienced worse leadership. It's concerning when you attend your first staff meeting and the bulk of the conversation is - "um it's annoying when..", "Can we please.." with hand clapping, and "it's not that hard..". All coming from leadership.

      Pros

      There are good flexible working hours.

      Cons

      You are onboarded as a "Modified Full-Time" employee. This means they can take away your hours from you to give hours to the peopled who are "Full-Time". They also do NOT stay true to their employment contracts. They modified my pay rate to a lower rate WITHOUT me signing a contract giving them approval to do so.
