Pros

Great benefits, training and leadership. It's enjoyable to come to work, and I find it's not stressful. The leasing and renewal bonuses are pretty decent.

Cons

It's not very advanced on technology in comparison to other property management companies, and for the work load I believe the pay could be better.

Pros

The compensation and benefits are decent. Job advancement within the company is good. Classes offered frequently to be up to date with industry expectations.

Cons

No region team building events to get to know other employees, no holiday events, no employee appreciation for hard work and dedication. No major incentives, no pay raise, no end of year bonus for performance, they took away being off for New Years Eve, basically your just a number.
