      Office stays open too late, especially for a 55+ community.

      Pros

      Very family feel, everyone truly cares about you and what is going on. Leadership is always looking for ways to make coming to work more enjoyable. Employee retention and appreciation events are becoming more frequent which is a huge value add.

      Cons

      Would love to see the addition of a social aspect- perhaps a company sports team to challenge other industry professionals. I would like more communication regarding the industry events that our associates are being recognized in/at to show support
