      I love the company. They give you Pto personal days , sick days .

      Holidays and working Sundays that should be a worship and family day.

      Pros

      The rebranding brings an opportunity to move towards more associate considerate policies. Training is one of the best parts of this company as they spend a lot of time with you so you can understand Yardi to it’s fullest.

      Cons

      Most on site associate dread reaching out to the corporate office because of the attitude that is given to them. Reaching out for help is met with groans and lots of aggressive emails to managers and regional managers. There is also an issue with some managers not having their teams back and focusing only on their advancement. There’s issues with the physical upkeep of the buildings themselves and it feels like at time they don’t want to focus capital in order to fully correct the big problems.

      You will learn how to be attentive and repetitious in this company, but you’ll learn how to be heartless and corporate as well.

      Cons

      Too much push for profit, not enough care for the people or residents
