      Nice benefits package and possible opportunities. Not really..

      Cons

      Upper management degrades employees, specially managers and assistant managers. If you are hispanic there is a big chance you will be terminated soon. If you notice most of their managers are white and females.

      Pros

      This is a company who wants their employees to express their personality. they support loyalty and foster individuality. They train you from the ground up and promote from within. I had opportunities to help out on other properties when I was working on a small one to help me get the hours I wanted. They focus on resident and employee retention. I definitely felt valued by my superiors.

      Cons

      You must be a full time employee to receive benefits. They are continuously procuring new properties, which is great for the growth of the company, but difficult when it comes to due diligence.

      Run of the mill Property Management company. If you’re looking for competitive pay, look elsewhere, cause you’re not going to find it here. This company is seriously behind the curve with its pay offerings, and therefore a revolving door. You will see job flash postings almost on a weekly basis.
