Pros

There are no Pros just a lot of cons

Cons

One of the worst management corporations I ever worked for all they do is lie to their employees

Pros

Beautifully managed properties within the portfolio.

Cons

Overall co-workers aren't very supportive. Bullying environment from upper management and tenor employees. Just not a very nice company to work for. The regionals are completely disengaged from site responsibilities and very gossipy amongst employees who are their friends.

Corporate office is pretty hands off which lets makes it easier to work on-site Great bonuses and commission structure Most employees have years of tenure

Cons

Lots of paperwork and detailed work involved Hardly closed on any holidays Corporate office sides with residents versus on-site employees
