6yThanks for taking the time to review and for the feedback. We do strive to give associates time for themselves and family but know that it can be difficult to stagger schedules through the holidays as we strive to be available for our residents as well. For the comment regarding 9-6 hours, it is our policy that we do not tour after dusk - as soon as the sun starts setting, tours should not be conducted. Please consult with your Regional Manager or Regional Training and Marketing Director on this and for assistance with other options on scheduling associates.
