      Pros

      Vacation accrual, flexibility, growing company.

      Cons

      Only truly closed 4 days a year. Christmas, Thanksgiving, New Years Day, Easter. Health deductibles keep going up and less and less is covered. No holiday bonus. Open Sundays and 9-6 in winter months.

      - Personally I believe the pay is below or right at average when it comes to base pay and they capped commissions
