      Pros

      Much like many of my peers, I have been with the company for over 15 years. This organization is about promotion from within, work hard and it pays off!

      Cons

      A con for some...there is a lot of technology and you have to continually keep up to stay on top of your game.

      None that I could see I really wish I could have found at least one thing. Maybe training? Maybe the leadership should take some training on how to treat their people

      Cons

      Micromanage every move you make. I think Dallas has a problem with this lack of trust attitude because all of the companies there have this mentality it seems Thankfully spring brings more job opportunities ! If you don't fit into the click your not going to do anything to meet their standards which they feel is the only "right" way! Regardless of what these people say about the company it's all a dog and pony show. They think no one has common sense nor do they trust anyone to make the smallest decisions. No regard at all for chain of command. Watch your toes for sure!
