Pros

Bonus structure and base pay seems to be on the higher end of the industry, even if you are at an older property. The company isn’t big on scripts or shops and they put a lot more trust in decision making at the on-site level. They are really customer service oriented and I don’t feel like just a number, I truly feel part of a family. I see my regional and RVP regularly. People from corporate aren’t strangers and really try to remember all employees by name.

Cons

They did cap the bonuses on leases but even with that cap, they still pay way more than my last two companies. Because it’s a smaller market in Denver there is some worry when sales get talked about. A little bit of a micromanagement style in regards marketing approval which sometimes delays things.
