      Pros

      Highmark understands its employees and ensures its employees have a solid work-life balance. Highmark Residential offers a flexible schedule, including admin hours to accommodate an office with a high volume of administrative tasks. It feels great to be apart of a team that wants to positively contribute to the community.

      Cons

      Some communities have a high workload with tight deadlines, which can be stressful.

      Terrible Managment

      Pros

      Employee Benefits but other than that, stay away.

      Cons

      The Regional Manager I worked under was awful. And the District Manager was no better. I was bullied and pushed out of my position. I was spoken to like a child, and spoken to unprofessionaly many times. I was excited to work here when I saw the high reviews on Glassdoor, and maybe the whole company isnt like this. But my experience was absolutely horrid. The Regionals could REALLY use a course on how to talk to their associates.

      Compensation/Bonus Structure. Training - Obtaining documents in the system is sometimes difficult.
