Pros

The commission is the only positive thing.

Cons

Inequality, you are basically running the place while he or she are avoiding residents, if you want to move up you might as well be best friends with corporate.

Wonderful people, always flexible, great leadership, opportunity to move up within the company, sets great example for the industry, popcorn Fridays and taco Tuesdays!

Pros

Great Vacation Benefits, Sick Time, Personal Days, Etc. More than you need, I will admit!

Cons

1. The office is open every single Sunday of the year along with skeleton crews on Holidays when nobody on earth comes in the office. I believe the company can even save money by not opening. 2. Capping the Renewals and Leasing Bonuses 3. Staying open till 6PM ALL YEAR, when not a single soul comes in after 5 PM and, it gets dark early this time of year. Are we waiting for an accident to happen for this to change? 4. HOURLY PAY is NOTHING COMPARED to what other companies are paying! THIS IS THE #1 CON
