      Pros

      The only pro for this company is the rental discount and you can get that at almost any property management company. Not worth it.

      Cons

      This company has no compassion, no morals, and no core values. They abuse their residents and keep them quiet with NDAs when they sue or threat legal action. The managers / regionals act like they were never cool in high school and because they are in the position of power now, they bully and belittle you. Even after no longer working there, they continue to talk about me and say false things. They create work schedules shorter than 40 hours and require you to miss lunch breaks or stay late each week to ensure you hit your hours. If you don’t hit your hours, you go on a naughty list and they will take the missing hours from your PTO/Sick time.

      Pros

      Overall I would say this is a great company to work for. I have worked in the corporate office for several years now and one thing that Highmark has that can be difficult to find with other companies is a great culture. Highmark really tries to take care of their associates and make that they enjoy working at their job. I feel like the fairly compensate their employees and really take notice of those who make a difference in the company.

      Cons

      Personally I feel like there are not very many cons to working here. I think every job will cause you to have some grievances from time to time, but I have found nothing worth overtly complaining about. The workload can be a bit difficult at times, but it is always manageable.
