Pros

Module trainings are pretty good. Webinars full of useful knowledge. Benefit package is good. Hiring process was a breeze with a few tests.

Cons

They have no care how Community Directors treat other employees. Unfair pay, its not equal. If you are a leasing specialist moving units, contributing for renewals, don’t expect a bonus like everyone else. I’ve been told before it’s up to CD who gets bonuses. If favoritisms exists in the property you work for, your drive to go above and beyond deteriorates. The main focus is the number and not the people working to generate the numbers.

Pros

Good regional support for onsite management.

Cons

Slow to move operation standards to be more inline with the 21st technology age. Lack of belief / trust with onsite team. Doesn’t empower employees.
