Pros

Bonuses, vacation time, benefits, lakeside view.

Cons

Worked there 6 years the management is subpar and micromanaged, they do not follow the rules of residential move ins. They do not put money into the buildings only do what is necessary to keep them liveable. Had 30 hours of vacation to be paid to me at the end of my employment followed all their "rules" to be able to be paid for that vacation and have yet to be paid for it. No one from the property or corporate will return calls or texts regarding this situation.

Pros

Friendly and customer service driven community

Cons

Management does not consider the employee feelings at all. Pay sucks but if you live at home you can make it. Definitely not a career paying job.
