Pros

Culture: Management is superb. There is always a direct and open line of communication and they make it known that your work is appreciated. Management is also flexible when it comes to scheduling vacation. The accounting team feels like a family and we are quick to help each other out when it is needed. Compensation has improved: As of late multiple raises have been granted across the accounting team over the past year. An annual bonus is given as well. The company has made strides to compete in the market when it comes to compensation.

Cons

Career Progression: As far as career progression goes on the accounting team , there is a bit of a glass ceiling. Although I would recommend this as a great first job, there isn't a path provided or communicated for progression or development within the company.
