Hybrid schedule, work-life balance, great people, benefits and flexibility. Upper management care, and wants to hear your opinion on how to make things better.

Cons

I wish there were more growing opportunities. Communication can be an issue sometimes, but not the end of the world.

I am empowered to do the right thing for our clients. The company purposefully works on building culture, which is becoming a strength. They invest in me through training and executive programs.

Cons

The turnover here is a bit higher that it should be. I think a mid-sized company isn't for everyone, and the firm could do a little better job of keeping it's eyes on the long-term view in terms of strategic talent planning.
