Pros

Competitive salary. Employee engagement days for collaboration. Organic growth with various opportunities to work with corporate departments and advisor businesses. Flexibility to work from anywhere for 4 weeks.

Cons

New systems are being explored and implemented however, the old system is still in play is making it tedious to work on projects. Fast paced as new businesses come on board and change is constant.

Good company culture Bob Oros is a good man department heads/directors are smart good people who care good company perks convenience and flexibility

Cons

- Some departments work way more for less credit and less pay. Can be stressful at times with workload depending on time of the year - cliquey at times but the people are good people
