Sanctuary company for the many dead-weight, can sweep anything under the rug, management will not know, nor care.

Cons

Zero, zip, zilch, nada accountability. The abundance of dead-weight will eventually drag the few competent staff and the company down. When [blank] hits the fan, the dead-weight will either feign ignorance and someone else will do it, or apply lousy band-aids that will break open again. Either nothing will get done or takes forever to get anything done. Culture of mediocrity, low expectations, definitely not for the ambitious.
