Pros
The company has had solid direction and growth, even in recent economic times. Constantly evolving with what today's vacationing families want, it ensures employees will have opportunities for long term employment. There are many places to go within the company if your current position is not a good fit for you or the department. HR personnel are wonderful if you have a problem or a simple question. Most of the upper executives (VP's and President) are approachable will take time to listen to what you say. Mark Wang, president, is especially good about being personable. He takes his time to stop and say hi or is easy going when you find yourself in the elevator with him.
Cons
If you find yourself in a position that isn't a good fit, you must wait 6 months before applying to another position. It may not sound like very long, but if you are truly miserable, time can take forever to pass.
