Great health benefits and pay. Ability to balance work and life. Ability to make a lot of hours in a very short period of time.

Cons

Unprofessional call center environment. The hiring team, especially the HR and recruiting department and staff for HGV is very unprofessional, extremely unorganized, many people are very unqualified and at times there can be a very toxic work environment because of the very small-minded leadership staff that is hired and fired. High turn over rate. Lack of respect.
