It is a nurturing environment, where hard work pays off. A great appreciation for talent, and the development opportunities are almost endless. Fantastic place to work!

Cons

Compensation packages for middle management and lower, are trailing quite a bit behind other industries (i.e. banking, transport, manufacturing...)

Pros

I have worked at a few Hiltons previously however Heathrow is by far the best one yet. The team are professional yet friendly, great atmosphere and very good at recognising when someone has done a great job.

Cons

no cons to mention. I work office shifts, however can understand work life balance may not be as good for people in other departments.

Pros

Since I have joined Hilton in September 2015, I have been on a constant learning experience. Exceptional service delivery has been a passion. I have been given the privilege to learn through experience, guidance and University. I have met so many wonderful people who have inspired me to go far in this company to deliver a dream and to live the values.

Cons

Some of the places I would like to work for are restricted by the language barrier. English being the international language is still number 2.
