Over the past years being employed by Hilton, every challenge has been awarded with an opportunity to grow. You feel like you are one big family here with great leaders & mentors! there is always an inspiring story to tell. You always have that feeling that you are part of something great. I look forward to waking up each morning and going to work. Career opportunities are endless, we are rich in culture with strong values, recognition is mind blowing & our working environment here makes you feel like a guest! We have an online university with thousands of free courses to choose from. There are study bursaries available, Excellent leadership programmes, Friends & Family get discounted rates, employees get free accommodation, discounted food & beverage & meals are provided on duty. Lots of travel opportunities. Hilton is just a great place to work!

Cons

We have so many hotels that its impossible to visit all in one lifetime working at Hilton...

Pros

Great team to work with, food provided on your lunch in the canteen. Had such good fun working here, nice place to work.

Cons

Could be extremely busy and stressful. Pay should of been higher for the amount of running about you would do on a shift.

Really easy interview, easy to get even with a low level of English. Career Pogression: a promotion to manager was offerered after 9 months Good working environment: colleagues are really supportive and kind. Multicultural environment: it is easy to make friends. Free meals Goog working hours: 9 am to 3 pm Bonus. You can earn up to £1,200 p/m for a 6 h daily working, after 9 months

Cons

Realy fast paced environment: (cleaning 13 check out rooms, 26 stay-in rooms or a combination of both + moving between floors + replenish trolley) in 6 h due to lack of employees. High level of rotation: people usually change to other departments as soon as they can. High levels of cleanliness required by some managers sometimes can be difficult to get in the time given. Weekends working required
