      Pros

      No matter what stage of our carrier, Hilton offer us continuous challenges, opportunities and learning platforms to grow and keep developing our skills. At the same time the "humanization philosophy" of the company makes every single team member fill proud of its contribution to a global goal.

      Cons

      Although is not a negative point, and actually a common environment at global scale companies, it is crucial to set up daily priorities among simultaneously relevant projects and have the ability to cultivate a good work/balanced life. This could be challenging sometimes.

      We are one of the top tourism industry company over of the world , Features of the company, high service according the Hilton standard, training for all team member , team accommodations, high quality service. very good meals for the team, aware of the company strategy monthly, programs for promotion, development & improvement for team for next step

      Outstanding work environment with freedom to select own working time, travel options, meeting people, self development, gaining responsibilities and most off, earn great respect!

      Cons

      You can become too excited in the role and lose yourself in the travelling part, since it includes a huge region. No worries, there is outstanding support throughout the company to guide you if needed.
