This is taken for granted…The Brand name is equivalent to a “Hotel”, one of the biggest hospitality companies, located in almost every corner in the world. Definitely there are more chances and opportunities in the current and pipelines.
What I like most about this company is the commitment to employees and the standardized bottom-up approaches in almost all initiatives and programs. Regardless of joining an entry or senior level, there are tremendous opportunities for growth and development. The succession planning and talent retaining reaches for the “grandchild” of each position, and every employee is taken care of to enhance performance.
A step inside this company means open doors for job security, career growth, development opportunities, rewarded performance, and… I can go on listing advantages!
I stepped up to 3 challenging roles in 5 years! This is a real achievement for someone who joined the entry level, and who is first time ever working for hospitality industry.
