      -Inclusivity & diversity. -Sharing small successes & positivity during morning standup meetings. -Co-workers (teamwork & cohesiveness) - everyone respects and helps each other out. -Everyone works so hard but yet there is always time for laughter. -Open & honest communication (your creativity, ideas & thoughts matter). -Leadership supports, inspires & drives impactful changes. -Open office concept; no silos. -Rooftop patio deck. -Office location (convenient & close to everything: CalTrain transit/restaurants/coffee shops/shopping etc).

      Cons

      -Meeting & storage space. -Kitchen/coffee bar area This is what you call growing pains; it's inevitable and part of start-up life!!

      One of the standout aspects of working at Hippocratic is the inclusive and supportive work culture. I was welcomed onto a team that values diversity, fosters open communication, and encourages collaboration. Leadership is approachable and genuinely cares about the well-being and professional growth of every employee. I feel like I've had significant personal growth since working here, I've learned a lot from my coworkers and I look forward to going in to work most days.

      Too few conference rooms in our office space

      As the Director of Care Management working remotely, I have been blown away by this company's dedication to combating the nursing shortage and transforming patient care. I'm excited to be a part of it. The collaborative and supportive environment, make it a great place to thrive. I am excited about the future and the positive impact we will continue to make on patients' lives. Highly recommended!

      Cons

      The company is mostly in-person at this time and as a remote worker it can be challenging to ensure I am included in meetings and decisions.
