We appreciate the feedback around the leadership team and hiring practice and will continue to hold to that standard high. Thank you for the call out around the rapid changes; while this is inevitable at an early stage startup like ours, we will continue to work at smoothly transitioning when changes occur, while still noting that folks consider whether they want to be part of a fast-paced, dynamic environment when they consider joining.

Pros

Pros -Exciting opportunity to be part of a company leaning into the platform shift into Generative AI and using this technology to really help people by targeting the healthcare industry. -Great culture: daily company wide stand-ups talking about positive achievements from the day prior and the autonomy to go out and do your best work. -Extremely experienced leadership team: the core leadership and co-founding team at Hippocratic AI have founded and scaled many companies throughout their careers in Silicon Valley. This experience has been invaluable as we quickly build out the core team and work on the product. Their past experience in the tech world and healthcare is key when entering a competitive a new technical area like Generative AI; this is helpful not only from a day to day operational standpoint but also in areas like fundraising, hiring and building business partnerships. -In office collaborative environment with a positive and fast paced vibe. Having interviewed recently with many companies this really stood out from my first interaction through my time working at the company. There is a well rounded group of individuals from the technical world, medical and business fields and all are friendly and open to collaborate. -Good location: we're in Palo Alto so easily commutable via car from the South Bay and the Peninsula as well as being only a block from the Cal Train if commuting from SF.

Cons

I'm very positive on my experience at Hippocratic AI but here are some areas I'd recommend perspective employees consider: -We are an onsite culture which has been great for me personally and the company overall however if you prefer working remotely or in a heavily hybrid environment this may not be the right place for you. -We're a fast paced early stage startup going after challenging and ambitious goals which means working hard to get things done and needing to be a self-starter as well as having a flexible mindset. If someone prefers a more structured, well defined environment this may not be the best fit.
