      Pros

      -Inclusivity & diversity. -Sharing small successes & positivity during morning standup meetings. -Co-workers (teamwork & cohesiveness) - everyone respects and helps each other out. -Everyone works so hard but yet there is always time for laughter. -Open & honest communication (your creativity, ideas & thoughts matter). -Leadership supports, inspires & drives impactful changes. -Open office concept; no silos. -Rooftop patio deck. -Office location (convenient & close to everything: CalTrain transit/restaurants/coffee shops/shopping etc).

      Cons

      -Meeting & storage space. -Kitchen/coffee bar area This is what you call growing pains; it's inevitable and part of start-up life!!

      Pros

      Great team. Most people are very welcoming. Great place to learn a lot really fast. If you want to make an impact, this is a great place to work.

      Cons

      Benefits are really not great. No 401k match is crazy for startup in the bay.
