Pros

Joining Hippocratic AI has been one of the most inspiring experiences of my career. The recruiting process was best-in-class; professional, well-structured, and deeply human. The team was transparent and responsive, and the offer was both competitive and values-aligned. What truly impressed me was how intentional and mission-driven the company is from day one. New hires take the Hippocratic Oath together, which may sound symbolic - but it genuinely sets the tone for a culture that centers patient impact at every level. From the inside, the product is even more impressive than I had realized as a customer. The depth of clinical safety, technical architecture, and execution speed are unmatched. It’s no exaggeration to say Hippocratic is experiencing the fastest growth in healthtech history, and it’s doing so with clarity, purpose, and high standards. I feel incredibly lucky to be part of a team building something this meaningful. 1. Exceptional recruiting and onboarding experience 2. Competitive compensation and benefits 3. Mission-led culture grounded in patient impact 4. Fastest growth trajectory in healthtech 5. Remarkably advanced and clinically validated product 6. Leadership that combines ambition with empathy Small touches (like the Hippocratic Oath for new hires) that speak volumes about culture

Cons

The technology is so forward-leaning that some customers and partners need extra support to fully realize its value. It's a good challenge - but it requires thoughtful enablement and strong change management.

Pros

HippocraticAI is one of the most exciting places I’ve worked in my career. The technology is genuinely differentiated, and you feel it every time you’re in front of a customer. There’s a level of trust we’ve built with health systems that’s rare in this industry, and it’s translating into incredibly fast adoption and real momentum. The company moves fast, listens to customers, and executes in a way that feels almost unheard of in healthcare. If you want to be part of something category-defining, this is the place.

Cons

With hyper-growth comes a lot of responsibility. Everyone is wearing multiple hats, which can be energizing but also stressful. Because we’re scaling so quickly, it can be difficult to build a culture beyond the “rise & grind” mentality - which is necessary at this stage, but not always sustainable. There’s also a real need for more hands, more resources, and more intentional investment in balance and support systems as the company continues to expand.

Pros

Hippocratic AI maintains a clear, meaningful mission and aligns its work accordingly. The organization attracts talented people who take that mission seriously, and cross-functional collaboration is generally strong. Leadership communicates priorities with clarity, and decision-making tends to be thoughtful rather than reactive. The work is fast-paced, but expectations are reasonable and the company makes a genuine effort to balance urgency with sustainability. Opportunities for ownership are substantial, and employees are trusted to operate with autonomy. The product works! Our customers will get on stage to quote their own metrics and success and are more than willing to speak about it.

Cons

The benefits leave a lot to be desired. As a Series C company, there needs to be an expansion of all benefits as the next phase of employees will not be individuals that are willing to except Seed or Series A like benefits. Healthcare, PTO, etc. could all be great.
